Warren County's hottest new restaurant, Jimmys On the Delaware, opened June 11, 2004 and is the reincarnation of the legendary Jims Doggie Stand that sat next to the Delaware River in downtown Phillipsburg until 13 years ago.

Jimmys on the Delaware now serves up hot dogs with all the toppings such as sauerkraut, cole slaw, Fat B's red onion sauce, and their famous chili. Also sold are steaks, hamburgers, fries, pierogies, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, the Tempo Italiano Dog: (2 hot dogs in a pizzia bread stuffed with onions, peppers, and fried potatoes), the Fiesta dog: (1/4 lb hot dog stuffed with jalapeno peppers and cheese), and the Thunderburger: (hamburger, pork roll and bacon).

Serving the biggest and best chicken wings in town or delicious hickory smoked ribs.
